SHIPPING POLICY

Order Manufacturing and Preparation

All our products are made to order using 3D printing or customized manufacturing processes.

The manufacturing and preparation time is between 1 and 3 business days, starting from confirmation of payment and receipt of all information necessary to manufacture the item, such as the motorcycle model or scan.

Shipping Times

Once the product has been manufactured, it will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic shipments (Spain): 2 to 5 business days.

  • International shipments: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and any applicable customs procedures.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond Margarita 3D2's control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers

In general, shipments will be made using the following carriers:

  • Spain: Correos.

  • Rest of Europe: UPS or SEUR.

  • Rest of the world: UPS.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.

For certain orders or promotions, shipping may be free of charge. This will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and, where applicable, a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your shipment.

International Shipments and Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, import tariffs, customs fees, clearance charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed in the destination country.

All such charges, when applicable, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Margarita 3D2 does not control or determine the import charges applied by the authorities or shipping carriers in the destination country. Customers are responsible for informing themselves about the applicable taxes, duties, and other import requirements in their country before placing an order.

Refusal or Failure to Collect an International Shipment

If the customer refuses a shipment, fails to collect it, or refuses to pay any taxes, duties, customs fees, clearance charges, or other import charges required in the destination country, this shall not be considered an error by Margarita 3D2, nor shall it constitute a defect or lack of conformity of the product.

If the shipment is returned to Margarita 3D2 as a result of such refusal or failure to collect, the customer shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the refusal, failure to collect, or return of the shipment, including, where applicable, return-to-sender shipping costs, storage fees, customs handling charges, and any other charges invoiced by the shipping carrier or authorities.

Where a refund is applicable, Margarita 3D2 may deduct from the amount to be refunded any costs that have actually been incurred as a result of the refusal, failure to collect, or return of the shipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refusing a shipment because the customer does not wish to pay the applicable import charges does not make such charges the responsibility of Margarita 3D2.

This provision does not limit any rights the customer may have where a return, repair, replacement, or refund is due to a defective product, an error by Margarita 3D2, or a lack of conformity.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery times or you experience any issue with the delivery, please contact us and provide your order number. We will assist you in managing the issue with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

Delays caused by customs procedures, the authorities of the destination country, or the customer's failure to pay applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other import charges may be beyond Margarita 3D2's control.
